The Australian Government Department of Health is hosting a webinar for people with disability, their families and carers on Thursday, 5 August 2021, from 11:30am-12:30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to answer vaccination questions and provide support through the COVID-19 vaccination program.
The meeting will be chaired by Professor (Practice) Alison McMillan, Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer.
On the panel will be:
• Dr Steph Davis, Deputy Chief Medical Officer
• Chris Faulkner, Assistant Secretary, COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force – Disability
• Grace Edward, Partnerships and Community Engagement Coordinator for the CALD
COVID Health Engagement Project at Refugee Health Network Queensland.
The meeting will be recorded and be made available on the Department of Health website.
