Disabled Wintersport Australia are running some green space come and try activations for Para-biathlon and roller skiing.
This opportunity is available for anyone with a disability and is a great way for people to be introduced to Para-nordic events.
The Summer Para Biathlon Roller Ski pilot program begins in Canberra this Saturday 11 February 2023 and Disabled Wintersport Australia's goal is they will soon be able to offer ongoing programs.
If you want to participate in the Winter Para Nordic cross country skiing program or you are looking at getting involved next season, then the Spring / Summer Para Biathlon Roller Ski program is for you.
You will need to bring a bike helmet, knee pads and elbow pads.
Participation in these programs is free, as Disabled Wintersport Australia are supported by Sport Australia Participation Grant.
