People with disability and their families interested in exploring an ordinary and typical life in a home of their own are welcome to attend the Imagine More Imagining Home Peer Support Group.
The peer group provides an opportunity for you to:
• listen to stories about how others achieved a home of their own
• understand the steps involved in moving out
• share stories about what you have achieved
• ask questions and benefit from the wisdom and experience of the group.
The peer group will next meet on Tuesday, October 19, from 12:00 -1:00 PM.
Then plan to join us each month to fulfil your thirst for knowledge about this topic. All of our peer groups are free to join.
