Social Living Solutions and Kirribilli Partners present a half-day workshop to educate managers and team leaders with neurodiverse team members.
This half day workshop is for team leads and managers of people on the spectrum or those who are struggling to manage a team member that is different but you can’t quite put your finger on why.
There is an increasing number of people diagnosed with Autism and other Neurodiversity. This workshop aims to arm you with leadership skills and strategies for bringing out the best in your people on the spectrum. Through our approach of guided conversations and peer learning we will help you to be better prepared for managing adults in the workplace that are on the spectrum.
